Lesson Policies

General Policy

  • Tuition will be $90.00 per month, per student for weekly ½ hour lessons. Hour long lessons will be $180.00 per month.
  • Private & Semi Private Lessons available.
  • Students who take a break from lessons at any time will be required to re-register upon return.
  • Monthly lesson tuition is due at the 1st lesson of every month.
  • A $10 late fee will be charged for tuition not received by the 15th of the month.
  • There will be NO credits for any missed classes due to student cancellation or absence.
  • Students providing at least 24-hours notice will be allowed to make up their lesson within 30 days of the cancellation (subject to availability – teacher substitutions may apply).
  • Every effort will be made to provide make-up lessons for any teacher or store cancellation. If unable to arrange, a credit for the missed lesson will be given (teacher substitutions may apply).

Pepperell Music Center Calendar

  • Monthly tuition will remain constant EVERY month, regardless of store calendar from August-July.
  • Tuition is calculated on a 48-week year, taking into consideration 2 vacation weeks and 2 weeks of cumulative holiday closings throughout the year. A full 48-week year’s tuition is divided by 12 to establish monthly tuition at a cost of $90.00 per student.
  • Tuition corresponding to holidays and vacation weeks has already been deducted.

Scheduled Store Closings

  • Labor Day Monday, September 7th
  • Thanksgiving Break – November 26th-29th
  • Christmas Break – December 24th – 27th
  • New Years Break – January 1st-3rd
  • Memorial Day, May 25th
  • Independence Day, July 4th

Inclement Weather Cancellations

In the event of inclement weather please call Pepperell Music Center at (978) 433-8247 or log onto www.pepperellmusiccenter.com to be informed of any store closings. We will post closings as timely as possible.

Student Cancellations

We would appreciate notification of any cancellations as early as possible. To be eligible for a make-up lesson (must be taken within 30 days), at least 24 hours notice is required. Cancellations can be left on the store’s answering machine or emailed to pepperellmusiccenter@verizon.net
